We grill skirt steak a lot at our house. Have you ever tried skirt steak? It is i of our favorite cuts of steak. It cooks quickly and packs a TON of flavor. While you can just flavor skirt steak with just some common salt and pepper, nosotros always marinate our steaks. This Sweetness Heat marinade is my favorite skirt steak marinade. How to Make Sweetness Rut Steak Marinade

- i loving cup hot sauce
- ¼ loving cup Worcestershire sauce
- two Tbsp white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp minced onion
- two Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 6 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 lb skirt steak or other cut of beefiness

Whisk together outset 7 ingredients. Pour over meat and refrigerate for 4 hours, up to overnight.

Remove meat from marinade and grill until meat has reached desired temperature.

Fifty-fifty though this is marinated in a cup of hot sauce, it doesn't have a lot of oestrus. It tasted delicious. The sweet from the brown carbohydrate balances out the estrus in the hot sauce. Y'all taste more of the hot sauce flavor than the heat.
